Care and Value Added Card is the privilege card that offers discounts to BMW parts and accessories while BMW Ultimate Joy Experience is the program with lifestyle privileges such as restaurant discounts or exclusive activities for all BMW owners.
I am currently BMW Ultimate Joy Experience member, do I need to apply for Care and Value Added Card?
Yes, customer needs to apply Care and Value Added Card in order to receive the discount.
Which items are eligible for discounts from Care and Value Added Card?
Discounts are applicable to regular price BMW original parts and accessories and valid only with model according to registered VIN number
Can the discounts be applied to tires or BMW Lifestyle products?
Discounts are not applicable to tires or BMW Lifestyle products.
Can the discounts be applied to labor or be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions?
No - The discounts cannot be used on labor, other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated by BMW Authorized Dealer.
Types of Care and Value Added Card?
There are 3 types of Care and Value Added Card.
- Care and Value Added Plus – offers 10% discount applicable to BMW car without BMW Service Inclusive (BSI) or warranty, aged up to 10 years from the registration date.
- Care and Value Added Ultimate – offers 15% discount applicable to BMW car without BMW Service Inclusive (BSI) or warranty, aged more than 10 years from the registration date.
- Care and Value Added Classic – 25% discount for BMW Classic.
Which models are considered BMW Classic?
- BMW 3 Series E36 or older
- BMW 5 Series E39 or older
- BMW 7 Series E38 or older

Is the discounts privilege transferrable?
No - The discounts privilege is strictly for the registered vehicle. The subsequence owner must re-apply in order to update the information and receive any privileges that maybe available in the future.
What is the minimum spending in order to receive discounts?
No minimum spending required.
Can the payment be made with credit card or is there any installment available?
Payment can be made with credit card. However, monthly installment is not available unless otherwise stated by BMW Authorized Dealer.
What is Care and Value Added Card validity period?
The card is valid for 2 years.
