You can end the contract earlier by paying the remaining balance in full.

Transferee Qualifications (Hire Purchase Contract):

• At least 1 installment must have been paid.
• More than 2 installments remaining on the contract.
• No late payment penalties or collection fees on the contract.
• Individual transferee must be between 25 and 60 years old.
• Individual transferee must have been operating a business for at least 2 years.
• Must have previous credit history.
• No history of late payments or outstanding debts in the credit bureau.
• Income must be more than 2.5 times the installment amount for cars / 3 times for motorcycles.
   

Procedure:

• The lessee on the contract contacts Customer Contact Center at 1397 (press 2), Line Official @bmwthailand, or email callcenter@bmw.co.th to express their intention and provide basic information of the transferee (e.g., name, surname, contact number).
• The transferee contacts Customer Contact Center at 1397 (press 2), Line Official @bmwthailand, or email callcenter@bmw.co.th to express their intention to receive the transfer and answer 2-3 questions from the officer.
• The officer will send you the application form.
• Once you have completed and signed the form, and attached the required documents, send them to the company at the specified address.
• The credit approval period is approximately 7 business days after receiving all complete documents (if additional documents are needed, an officer will contact you; please answer the call).
• Once the review is complete, the officer will notify you of the approval result.
   

Note: When informing whether the application is approved or not, the officer will only notify the transferee, as the result is based on the transferee's personal information and cannot be disclosed to the lessee.
 

Required Documents:

Individual (Transferee):

• Application form (downloadable here) - 1 set (3 pages)
• Copy of transferee's National ID Card or unexpired Passport and Visa, certified true copy - 1 set
• Copy of transferee's House Registration or unexpired Work Permit, certified true copy - 1 set
• Copy of Residence Certificate showing current address, certified true copy - 1 set (for foreign nationals)
• Copy of transferee's bank statement with a copy of the bank book's first page, for the last 6 months, certified true copy - 1 set
   

Juristic Person (Company - Board of Directors must sign and affix company seal on all documents):

• Company application form (signed by director and affixed with company seal, no witness signature required) - 1 set (3 pages)
• Copy of company registration certificate, not older than 3 months, signed and affixed with company seal - 1 set (all pages)
• Copy of list of shareholders (Bor Or Jor 5), not older than 3 months, signed and affixed with company seal - 1 set
• Copy of company bank statement for the last 3 months, signed and affixed with company seal, with a copy of the bank book's first page
• Company location map - 1 set
   

Director's Documents (Director must sign, no company seal required on all documents):

• Director's application form (for the director who will be the guarantor on the contract) (signed by director, no company seal or witness signature required) - 1 set (3 pages)
• Copy of director's National ID Card or unexpired Passport and Visa, certified true copy - 1 set
• Copy of director's House Registration or unexpired Work Permit, certified true copy - 1 set
• Copy of Residence Certificate showing current address, certified true copy - 1 set (for foreign nationals)
• Copy of director's bank statement for the last 6 months, certified true copy, with a copy of the bank book's first page
   

Note: If you wish to swap license plate numbers, please complete the plate transfer process at the Department of Land Transport before contacting us for a transfer of rights.
