BMW Excellence Club Concierge Service like no other. A Professional team provides highly confidential, personalized lifestyle expertise and information on everything you desire, making you feel like you are truly ahead of the pack.

 

Simply contact BMW Excellence Club Concierge to reserve any lifestyle privilege, 24 hours, 7 days a week. The Privilege can be enjoyed upon receipt of BMW Excellence Club card and valid until the date noted on the BMW Excellence Club card.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BMW Excellence Club Concierge Terms and conditions (referred to collectively as “Terms and Conditions”). Upon registration as a member of (“Member” or |”Membership”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Membership
1.1 The service for the Member will be activated upon receipt of the BMW Excellence Club card and valid until the date noted on the BMW Excellence Club card.
1.2 Your Membership is personal to you and is not transferable, assignable or refundable. Furthermore, membership cannot be converted into cash.
1.3 Privilege is personal to you and is not transferable, assignable or refundable. Furthermore, membership cannot be converted into cash.
1.4 You may be requested to provide us with your correct details for the purpose of booking, ordering, purchasing or providing products or services and you must promptly notify us in the event that any detail provided by you has changed. The information shall be confidential.

 

2. Services
2.1 The services by BMW Excellence Club Concierge consist of travel and holiday recommendations, gift research, unconventional experience arrangement, special events and occasion productions, extraordinary concierge services and all services set out on BMW Excellence Club website, www.bmw-excellenceclub.com (the “Service”). The member is entitle to the use of the Service by sending a request over telephone, via email or through BMW Excellence Club website at any time (24 hours, Monday to Sunday).
2.2 BMW Excellence Club Concierge reserves the right to add or withdraw any of the services and/ or to refuse any request which is immoral, illegal, unjust or impossible.
2.3 BMW Excellence Club Concierge will communicate with a supplier of services, products and benefits (the “Supplier”) on your behalf for providing you with the Services as per your request and, unless expressly provided otherwise, all your rights and remedies are directly against supplier.
2.4 Any services, products or benefits purchased through or provided by BMW Excellence Club Concierge shall be subject to terms and conditions of the supplier and you are required to comply with their terms and conditions.
2.5 The member has no right to change or cancel any services which have been launched on your request by BMW Excellence Club Concierge, unless agreed by the Supplier. All expenses incurred of such change or cancellation shall be the direct responsibility of the Member.
2.6 If BMW Excellence Club Concierge is unable to deal with any request, we will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable.

 

3. Costs and Expenses
3.1 In addition to BMW Excellence Club membership fee, the Member shall be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with products, services, shipping, transportations, accommodation charged by the Supplier, including any other costs and expenses pertaining in the activities, products and services on which we consult (the “Costs and Expenses”).
3.2 The Member is required to make a direct payment to the Supplier for reimbursement of all costs and Expenses charged by the Supplier. If any bill is made the payment by BMW Excellence Club Concierge in advance, you will receive a billing notification from BMW Excellence Club Concierge and the payment is due and payable upon receipt of such notice.

 

4. Membership period
4.1 Membership shall be for a period of one year until the expiry date stated on the card only, but you may be renewed for a new membership period by contact BMW Excellence Club Concierge.
4.2 BMW Excellence Club reserves the right to cancel or suspend your membership if the Terms and Conditions set above are infringed upon by the member.

 

5. Change of Terms and Conditions
5.1 BMW Excellence Club reserves the rights to update or change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will notify you of any changes through BMW Excellence Club newsletter or website, email, post or other delivery services.
5.2 The continued use of your membership shall be constituted as acceptance of the altered Terms and Conditions.

 

6. Liability
6.1 BMW Excellence Club Concierge warrants that BMW Excellence Club Concierge shall use its best endeavors to provide the services with reasonable care and skill for the Member and will use reasonable care in selecting the Supplier and ensuring the order is placed in accordance with your wishes.
6.2 The Supplier is referred on the basis of their high reputation, and is expected to provide quality products and services. BMW Excellence Club Concierge is not, and cannot be, liable or responsible for any unsatisfactory products or services provided by any Supplier and makes no warrantee that the Supplier will satisfactory perform or provide its contracted services. BMW Excellence Club Concierge will however do everything it reasonably can to assist you in any dealings you have with the Supplier to ensure your maximum satisfaction.
6.3 Your contract for the purchase of products or services is made with the relevant Supplier only. You agree that any contract entered into by you with any of the Supplier is an independent contract. Under no circumstances shall BMW Excellence Club Concierge be subject to or liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, with respect to any claim made under such contract entered into by you with any of the Suppliers.
6.4 BMW Excellence Club Concierge shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of BMW Excellence Club Concierge’s obligations in relation to the Services. If the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond BMW Excellence Club Concierge reasonable control.
6.5 BMW Excellence Club’s maximum liability to you for breach of any of its obligations hereunder shall be limited to the value of the annual membership fee.

 

7. Collection of Information
BMW Excellence Club may collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy as specified in BMW Excellence Club website. In addition, we collect that personal information in order to conduct and administer the Services, as well as processing bookings, ordering, purchasing or providing products or services. BMW Excellence Club may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and Suppliers.
