    Answer: Parts availability can be checked through 2 channels.

    Channel 1 – Check with BMW Authorized Dealers at Barcelona Motor or Millennium Auto Ladprao by identifying the VIN number.

  • Question 2: What is the next process after checking the availability?

    Answer: Once completed, you can inform the parts number to the BMW Authorized Dealers to check price and proceed with ordering.

  • Question 3: What are the payment terms after order confirmation?

    Answer: After order confirmation, a deposit must be paid to the BMW Authorized Dealer by the customer. The remaining balance shall be paid upon parts delivery.

  • Question 4: Can we order parts online through this website?

    Answer: No, currently the shipping service is unavailable for Thailand.

  • Question 5: How long does it take for the ordering process?

    Answer: Approximately 60-90 days.

  • Question 6: Do the parts come with warranty?

    Answer: All parts purchased from BMW Authorized Dealers come with 2 years unlimited mileage warranty.

  • Question 7: What if the parts have defect or malfunctioned and is the last piece remaining?

    Answer: A full refund is offered if the customer wishes to return the defect or malfunctioned parts.

  • Question 8: What if the requested parts are not available in?

    Answer: Customer can request for parts and wait for the production. However, the waiting period of the production cannot be guaranteed. Alternatively, customer can consult with Parts Specialist at BMW Authorized Dealer to co-ordinate with outside suppliers. Please note that any parts purchased with outside suppliers are based on individual’s agreement. BMW (Thailand) and BMW Authorized Dealers are not responsible for any warranty.

  • Question 9: Is the installation service available?

    Answer: Yes, installation service is available. Labor cost will be responsible by the customer.

  • Question 10: Can the purchase be paid by credit card and is the installment available?

    Answer: Credit card is accepted but installment payment is not available unless informed in advance by BMW Authorized Dealer.
