Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) in the BMW X3.

There could only be one legitimate successor to the proven Dynamic Stability Control (DSC): the next-generation DSC. Precise sensors constantly monitor the wheel rotation, lateral acceleration and yaw rate of the BMW X3.

At the first sign of discord, DSC discreetly intervenes with brake or engine management – ensuring the highest possible levels of stability while driving, regardless of the terrain or road conditions. In addition, DSC maximizes traction of all wheels when setting off or accelerating as well as detect the first signs of oversteering or understeering to help keep the vehicle safely on course.
