BMW Mobility Service
You will probably never need BMW Mobility Service. But it is good to know that you are driving with help and support from BMW
if something unforeseen occurs. Regardless of where you are, BMW Mobility Service is always ready when you need assistance
during your journey.
Safety on all roads:
- - BMW Mobility Service Center with highly qualified specialists are available by telephone 24 hours/7 days a week.
- - Emergency Roadside Assistance service provides on-the-spot breakdown assistance.
- Emergency Towing service ensures customer mobility in case the vehicle cannot be fixed at the roadside.

With all new cars, a free membership of two-year BMW Mobility Service is included with your purchase. After the membership has expired,
you can renew your membership status by contacting our BMW Mobility Service Center at the number shown on the BMW Mobility Service Card.
However, the service available to anyone driving a BMW, both members and non-members.

These numbers will always connect you quickly to the BMW Mobility Service Center. Please have your vehicle information such as model,
license plate, chassis number or your BMW Mobility Service Card available when you call.
In most cases our specialists can help you with advise on the telephone when you contact us. If you need help on the spot, the Emergency
Roadside Assistance is dispatched immediately with the necessary equipment for professional breakdown assistance.
Trained BMW Mobility Service technicians will do all they can to get your vehicle back on the road.
Service Coverage
All members of BMW Mobility Service are entitled to the following benefits:
- 24 hour access to free technical advice in the event of an accident or breakdown.
- Unlimited number of Emergency Roadside Assistance requests free of charge.
- Free Emergency Towing for an unlimited distance to the nearest BMW Authorized Dealer.
- Free Emergency Towing up to a distance of 20 kilometers (or 35 kilometers for BMW Mobility Service Plus) to any destination other than
BMW Authorized Dealer. A charge of Bt20 per kilometer is applicable for distances beyond this and charges for any additional kilometers
are the customer's responsibility.
- For long distance towing (in excess of 50 kilometers), BMW Mobility Service will negotiate a fixed price with the towing service provider,
based on a lower per kilometer charge, and agree this with the customer prior to authorizing the towing.
- "Accidentally Locked" vehicles - BMW Mobility Service will contact BMW Thailand in order to obtain a new key. The cost of new key is not covered.
- Up to 10 liters of free fuel to enable the customer to reach the nearest gas station. This service is free only 1 time per year on subsequent
occasions within the same year, the cost of fuel will be charged to the customer.
- In a case of breakdown, BMW Mobility Service's members are also entitled to Limousine Service/Taxi Reservation and Car Rental Reservation. The cost of service is on customer's own account.
Non-members can request emergency assistance with the following service charges:
- Emergency Roadside Assistance - Non-members are charged Bt500 per service for the first 50 kilometers.
- Emergency Towing - Non-members are charged at a standard rate of Bt1,500, which covers the first 15 kilometers of towing.
A charge of Bt20 per kilometer applies to distances beyond 15 kilometers.
Additional Benefits of BMW Mobility Service Plus especially for BMW 7 Series Customers
Long distance journey
If your vehicle breaks down when the you are traveling more than 100 kilometers away from home and the vehicle is recovered to a
BMW Authorized Dealer, but the repairs cannot be completed within the same day, you are entitled to the following alternative benefits:
- Up to 2 night's hotel accommodation for the driver and up to 4 passengers, with a maximum budget of Bt1,500 per person, per day
for room only. The other charges such as food, beverages, telephone, etc. are the responsibility of the customer.
- OR Economy Class air travel, First Class Train, or Coach transportation to an onward destination, or home, for the driver and up to 4 passengers.
- OR Up to 2 days free car rental with a daily budget of up to Bt2,500 per day.
If you choose to continue your journey by an alternative means of transport, once vehicle repairs have been completed, the vehicle
will be repatriated to your home, or to an onward destination.
Additional services
BMW Mobility Service Plus customers are also entitled to a range of convenience services that are provided by the BMW Mobility Service Center.
The following services are available:
- 24-hour mechanical advice
- 24-hour medical help-line*
- Urgent message relay (passing on messages on behalf of customer)
- Flight reservations and re-scheduling
- Hotel bookings
- Limousine service reservations
- Car rental reservations
- Restaurant bookings
- Golf tee time bookings
* Service is limited to assistance with location of the nearest recommended health facility, and/or organizing transport to a health facility.
Exclusions
BMW Mobility Service will not cover the following costs:
- Any expenses incurred without the prior authorization of BMW Mobility Service.
- Expenses that would normally have been paid by the member, such as fuel and toll charges.
- The cost of replacement parts.
- Vehicle problems resulting from accidents.
- Any costs resulting from participation in motor racing, rallies, speed or tests.
- Any costs resulting from the member's vehicle being kept in an unroadworthy condition. If the customer continually fails to keep their
vehicle in a roadworthy condition, then BMW Mobility Service reserves the right to revoke the customer's coverage.
- Any costs resulting from driver being under the influence of intoxicating liquor, impairing medicine, or controlled substances.
- Any consequential losses arising directly or indirectly from the immobilization.
Service Guidelines

1. All vehicles must be properly licensed to be eligible for service.
2. Members are required to present a valid membership card to the service provider to be eligible to receive service.
3. The member's vehicle's displacement must occur on a public thoroughfare, street, highway, road, public or private parking lot.
Service on logging roads, beaches, barricaded construction areas, racing tracks and restricted service roads is not covered
under the BMW Mobility Service.
4. Coverage will be provided for vehicles which have become mechanically disabled. Repair costs, battery charging, tire rotation
and costs for any spare parts are not covered under the BMW Mobility Service.
5. Service will be provided excepted when it is too dangerous for the service vehicle to operate because of prevailing weather to road conditions.
6. Ferry, bridge, or toll way charges for the member/customer vehicle are the responsibility of the member/customer.
7. The cost for the use of more than two service persons or vehicle is not covered under the BMW Mobility Service.
8. BMW Mobility Service does not cover the followings:
- Towing of a vehicle from a BMW Authorized Dealer.
- More than 1 service call per disablement.
- The cost of parts, supplies, or materials.
- Fines or impound towing charges due to a violation of the law.
- Towing by any party other than an authorized service provider.
- Assistance from a private citizen.
- Services outside the geographical borders of Thailand.
9. Towing service is provided if the vehicle cannot be started or driven safely under its own power.
10. Additional charges for the towing of vehicles which have been altered to the extend that they require special procedures and/or
equipment that normally require for the towing of an unaltered vehicle, are the responsibility of the member.
11. For any service provided by independent contractors, BMW Mobility Service cannot assume any liability for any loss of damage resulting
from the rendering of such service.
